unique needs of both Buyers and Sellers, Tyler understands the emotional and financial impact, as well as

the potential complex nature, of purchasing and selling your home or investment property. Tyler has built

a successful career by building relationships, rather than focusing on transactions and one that is

supported heavily by repeat clients and referrals from colleagues, friends, family, and the local

community as well as Canada wide. Tyler's qualifications and experience allow him to offer a high level

of service in a demanding competitive real estate market. He can convert a client's wishes into reality,

bring goals to completion, and easily make real estate a positive, memorable experience.


Community Ties

Since graduating with a B.A. majoring in Psychology Tyler has worked in the community with youth

suffering from mental health disorders. This has been incredibly rewarding and helped him to establish

strong connections through community involvement. Tyler also likes to dedicate his time off to local

Charities such as Fill the Van for Sally Ann. Tyler’s authentic and caring nature has helped him create a

positive environment in his day to day business activities keep his clients coming back.

Real Estate Experience

Tyler is very familiar with the Okanagan real estate industry and recognizes that timeliness, attention to detail, and educated decisions are the keys to maximizing future real estate potential. He recently achieved the Platinum Award (Top 5%) in 2021 for his outstanding year with Royal LePage Kelowna

thanks to his dedicated clientele. Tyler offers a wide range of skills including negotiating on his clients’ behalf, marketing through social media and other marketing platforms, and effectively using the resources available to him by being associated with the well known Royal LePage name. He has rightfully earned

the trust and loyalty of clientele, colleagues, and other business professionals alike.
